THE WAY I WORK
Though each project is unique, we have a established a 5 step process that ensures your project is completed on time
IDEA
Everything begins with an idea. With paper and pencil in hand, I sketch and make a lot of notes, go on walks and see if
something motivates me or just suddenly clicks.CONCEPTUALIZE
This stage is all about laying out your design elements and thinking about how each element will look. I often use sticky notes, a dry erase board, and a drawing tablet.
DESIGN
The design process involves wireframing on
the computer, or working out every detail on a drawing tablet. Often times, it’s both. This is also the stage to gather all the assets for the design, and begin some photo editing, creating illustrations. creating a color palette, selecting what fonts to use, and more.DEVELOP
At the development stage, I take the design elements which are drawn/wire framed, and start developing the project.
What this means is that I begin coding a website to match the styling and individual elements of the wireframe, add fonts, colors, illustrations, photos, and any other assets to the design.Note: this can be done for graphic design elements as well.
DEPLOY
This is where I pull back the veil which didn’t let visitors view the site, and let this be set free on the web. Your website will be viewable globally.
